Create Every Opportunity (CEO) offers a web-based curriculum for high schools, college athletes, and Rehabilitation centers to teach the fundamental principles of financial literacy, job readiness and entrepreneurship, known as “The CEO Program”. CEO has worked with acclaimed professors, and business leaders to develop 300+ interactive learning modules on topics such as: bank accounts, money management, budgeting, credit/debit cards, resume building, interviewing, taxes, interest, saving, investing, credit scores, and business planning.
A core principle in The CEO Program is how to identify problems and create solutions. At Create Every Opportunity, that is exactly what we did – we identified a problem and created the best solution. The CEO Program is delivered through CEO Connect – a world class, online learning experience available anytime, anywhere on your smartphone or personal computer. CEO Connect is Create Every Opportunity’s proprietary web-based platform that allows users to get the most robust financial literacy, entrepreneurship and life skills education in one place. Our resources not only teach the students, but also educate the school or center how to properly teach entrepreneurship, job readiness, and financial literacy education. All of our programs include optional teacher onboarding, so they become proficient in teaching these crucial skills.

Zachary Sarf, also known as Zack, is a social entrepreneur best known for founding Create Every Opportunity (CEO). Zack began his career interning with AggData, Vesey Street Capital Partners, and Make a Wish Foundation. He built his first business, FlipFlop, when he was still a sophomore at Michigan State University. After his first venture proved successful, Zack decided to do more in the field of social entrepreneurship. He chose education as his subject, realizing that the education system did not provide any programs related to business and personal finances, which are of utmost relevance today. Zack then launched his second venture, Create Every Opportunity (CEO), a platform that provides programs on financial literacy and entrepreneurship in schools, treatment centers and colleges. Zack was featured among the top 10 entrepreneurs to watch in 2021 by Business Insider. He was also named one of LA Wire’s 30 Under 30.

Graduate from Michigan State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, Ashley Henschel is a Co-Founder and COO of Create Every Opportunity. Ashley is also the host of CEO Uncovered, where you’ll find in-depth interviews with proven entrepreneurs, startup founders and business leaders. As the problem of financial illiteracy continues to increase in numbers, Ashley helped established Create Every Opportunity in order to address this alarming gap. Ashley not only created CEO to become a breeding ground for business moguls, but it was also built to prepare young individuals in the future by equipping them with the basics of financial literacy, entrepreneurship and life skills.
