Zachary Sarf, also known as Zack, is a social entrepreneur best known for founding Create Every Opportunity (CEO).  Zack began his career interning with AggData, Vesey Street Capital Partners, and Make a Wish Foundation. He built his first business, FlipFlop, when he was still a sophomore at Michigan State University. It is an online travel marketplace where users can buy and sell existing hotel reservations. After his first venture proved successful, Zack decided to do more in the field of social entrepreneurship. He chose education as his subject, realizing that the education system did not provide any programs related to business and personal finances, which are of utmost relevance today. Zack then launched his second venture, Create Every Opportunity (CEO), a platform that provides programs on financial literacy and entrepreneurship in schools, treatment centers and colleges.  Zack was featured among the top 10 entrepreneurs to watch in 2021 by Business Insider. He was also named one of LA Wire's 30 Under 30.

Graduate from Michigan State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, Ashley Henschel is a Co-Founder and COO of Create Every Opportunity. Ashley is also the host of CEO Uncovered, where you'll find in-depth interviews with proven entrepreneurs, startup founders and business leaders. As the problem of financial illiteracy continues to increase in numbers, Ashley helped established Create Every Opportunity in order to address this alarming gap. Ashley not only created CEO to become a breeding ground for business moguls, but it was also built to prepare young individuals in the future by equipping them with the basics of financial literacy, entrepreneurship and life skills.
